Share this link when courses/batches are full or not decided yet. It skips course & batch selection entirely — the person only enters their personal details, and their registration is saved as "unassigned". Assign them a course/batch later from this dashboard.

Admin-only: admits an existing registrant (by CNIC) into any batch, including one that has already started. Seat limits still apply.

Generates a printable roster for a completed batch — student name, father's name, tehsil and attendance %.

Registered students who were never assigned a course at all, or were assigned but never attended a single class (only counted once that batch has actually started — too early to judge otherwise).

How many registered students come from each tehsil.

Everyone who applies must have attended at least one class — "Not In Course" should stay empty; any records there predate that check.

Banned people can't submit a new registration and can't enroll in additional courses (matched by CNIC, or by the same phone + name + father's name if they try a different CNIC). Existing course assignments are left untouched — ban them from the Registrations tab to also review/cancel those.

Current registrations that also appear in the old Students DB (Data/Students DB.json) — matched by CNIC and/or by contact number (the old record's Student WhatsApp / Father's Contact) — people who trained with us before. A CNIC match is a strong signal; a phone-only match is weaker since numbers get passed around family members, so check the "Matched By" column before trusting it. If an old record shares this phone number but has a clearly different CNIC, it's kept out of "Old Name"/"Same?" (it's a different real person — e.g. a sibling registered under a shared father's number) and shown instead in "Shared Phone".

Records whose name or father's name isn't in Title Case (e.g. ALL CAPS imports from Google Sheets).

Suggested from keywords in the student's address — Pabbi: "pabbi" (incl. "pabii" typo), "amankot", "akbarpura", "jalozai", "azakhel", "cherat", "ashoorabad", "amangarh", "dagbehsud". Jehangira: "je(e)hangira"/"jhangira", "akora", "khairabad", "shaidu", "wattar"/"watter", "nizampur". Nowshera: "cantt" (incl. "cannt"), "kalan", "nowshera city", "zando banda", "madina colony", "ziarat kaka", "shereen koty/kot", "asc colony/center", "armour/armor colony", "risalpur", "pir sabaq", "manki sharif", "badrashi", "hakim/hakeem abad", "kheshgi" (incl. the "khesghi" typo), "dheri/dairi katti khel", "ganderi/gandheri", "mohib banda", "tanki road", "lalkurti", "sadar bazar", "rashakai", and finally a generic "nowshera"/"naushera" fallback for addresses with no more specific keyword.

Normalizes phone numbers to +92XXXXXXXXXX — handles spaces/dashes, a missing leading 0 (e.g. "3001234567"), a leading 0092, and other common typed-in forms. Numbers too short, too long, or otherwise unrecognizable are left alone rather than guessed at.

Records whose name or father's name contains a digit — usually a typo or a phone/roll number typed into the wrong field. Not auto-fixable; call the student and ask, then correct it from the Registrations tab. Course status and a tehsil suggestion (from their address) are shown too, in case it's worth fixing while they're on the phone.

Students who don't have a roll number and/or certificate ID yet (and have a batch assigned or attendance on record). Suggests the next unused "ITA-0001"-style roll number and "YA0001"-style certificate ID, grouped by batch and — within each batch — females before males. Apply one at a time, or assign all of them at once.

Connects to your WhatsAutomate instance (see API.md). The key is stored on the server only — it never reaches the browser.

Personalize with {{name}}, {{fatherName}}, {{course}}, {{batch}}, {{time}}, {{dates}}, {{cancelLink}} — replaced per recipient. Recipients with more than one course use the first matching course/batch. {{cancelLink}} is a personalized link (with the student's CNIC and course pre-filled) they can open to cancel that course themselves — handy for a "still interested?" message to students who haven't been attending.
